Sprachelemente: linguistic elements that have been created and polished. Sound bites, little catch-phrases which get repeated a lot, sometimes denounced as “tricks of language which sign the victory of communication over the style”. In politics or communication, the term refers to short arguments on a given topic, prepared in advance by agencies and repeated by members of a political group or communication officers. They make possible to ensure the coherence of the speeches by inviting the various actors in the media to reuse some elements of analysis, ideas, to quote keywords or to place poweful preconceived “small sentences” to illustrate and spread ideas.
