Phrases like “Cash only,” “no credit” and “We do not accept credit cards” and many other similar formulations « we don’t run tabs » “No Credit, Please Don’t Ask”. An equivocal sentence that can be read in the light of the subprime mortgage crisis, who had severe, long-lasting consequences for the U.S. and European economies.
